Olympics – Part 1

My wife and I arrived in London at 6:00AM Monday with very little sleep on the plane. You know it’s bad when headphones won’t drown-out the guy snoring in the next row.

A host family went out of their way to pick us up at the airport and I found out a few of Nick’s training partners had swung-by London between races in Europe to help him with his final workouts.

After a quick nap, it was time to get to work. We had nice weather, so I setup the table in the host family’s incredible English Garden. Seriously, I don’t think I’ll work in a more tranquil setting.

The Plan: Nick will race on Aug 3, 5 and 7. We have planned to work deep today (Monday); a light “flush” of the legs Tuesday, after his final workout; final deep, corrective techniques Wednesday, and one last session of light massage and stretching Thursday.
