Orthopedic Assessment and Functional Anatomy
(14 Contact Hours) $325
After completing this two-day course, you will not look at the muscles the same way again.
The Orthopedic Assessment and Functional Anatomy course will present the muscles of the body in terms of their forces of pull, and the resulting effects on the body’s movement and posture.
Applying this understanding, students will learn orthopedic muscular assessment tests that will allow a therapist or fitness professional to quickly and efficiently identify the muscles causing pain or dysfunction.
Please bring a massage table to the class. Students should wear shorts and a t-shirt to allow easy practice of the assessment techniques.
