Saturday and Sunday, July 10-11 in Chicago, Illinois at the Holiday Inn Countryside-LaGrange.
This two-day workshop (14 contact hours) will focus on the muscles and common conditions of the lower body. Techniques will incorporate movement and stretching to quickly and effectively address sports-related problems.
Course is limited to 24 participants to ensure high feedback and instructor interaction.
